About the Doctors

Frank J. Maye, D.M.D.

Dr. Frank MayeDr. Maye is a native Floridian. Born in Hollywood, FL and raised predominantly in Coral Springs. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1998, and then his dental degree in 2001 (also from the University of Florida). Continuing to be a Gator, Dr. Maye then completed his two year Pediatric Dental Residency (one of the best residencies in the country).

After a brief stay in Bradenton, FL, Dr. Maye and his wife, Rachel, moved to Boca Raton, FL in December 2003. Since then the practice has doubled in size. Then in September 2006, he opened the brand new state of the art facility that you see today, located in The Shoppes of Boca Greens.

Dr. Maye’s emphasis is on the long term preventative care of his patients’ oral health, with special emphasis on the psychology of children. Therefore it is the goal of the practice to never cause a traumatic dental experience (an experience at a young age that can place so much dental anxiety, that even in adulthood, the patient postpones dental treatment until it is an emergency). In order to assure this, Dr. Maye offers a range of options including nitrous oxide (laughing gas), conscious sedation, IV sedation with a pediatric Dental Anesthesiologist and even hospital dentistry at West Boca Medical Center. In order to stay current on dental topics, Dr. Maye is a member of the following dental societies: Florida Dental Association, American Dental Association, South Palm Beach County Dental Association (ACCDA), the Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

Benita De Mirza, D.M.D.

Dr. Mindy BrodskyAs a pediatric dentist, I am dedicated to educating children and improving their oral healthcare. My goal is to perform the highest quality of dental care in a pleasant, supportive and fun environment where a child may maintain a positive dental experience for a lifetime to come.

I was born in the beautiful city of Miami, Florida where I had the fortunate experience of being part of a dental family. I graduated with honors from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology in 1998. Shortly thereafter, I began instructing children in swimming and athletics, which propelled my interest to make working with children my lifetime ambition particularly in the field of dental care. For this reason, I traveled to Boston, Massachusetts to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. There, I received my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2005. While in attendance, I was awarded a merit scholarship for academic excellence. In order to continue my pursuit to work with children; I attended Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine where I received a certificate in advanced graduate studies in pediatric dentistry in 2007.

I am a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and an active member of the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Pediatric Dentists, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists and the American Dental Association. In the last 9 years, I have had the opportunity to work in Nevada, California and Massachusetts. I have been affiliated with professional organizations like the California Dental Association, California Society of Pediatric Dentists, the San Diego County Dental Society and the Massachusetts Dental society. I am excited to return to my hometown and to become a part of the Florida Dental Association and Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

In my spare time, I enjoy participating in volunteer service projects that allow me to give back to my community. I have a passion for sports as well. In particular, I am an avid soccer player involved in many co-ed leagues. I also enjoy volleyball, water sports and traveling as well as spending time with family and friends.

Michelle Naguib, D.M.D.

Dr. Michelle NaguibDr. Michelle Naguib grew up in south Florida and completed her undergraduate and dental school training at Nova Southeastern University here in Florida in 2008. She practiced as a general dentist for 9 years, during which she saw children almost exclusively. She then decided to pursue a two year residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Nova Southeastern University so that she could provide her patients with the highest quality of care.

She is dedicated to providing preventative and minimally invasive pediatric dentistry in a fun, sensory friendly environment. She also has a special place in her heart for patients with special needs. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and American Academy if Pediatric Dentistry.

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young boys, reading, and going to the beach.
